Pokertracker3 and pokerstars issue

Hi, I put this in the PT ref thread but I haven't received a response. After a short time on PS my PT will not work. I'm told to wait 30 mins. I'm only in the 150 hand range or so. Can someone explain this to me?

- Visit their site and see if there is a software update available, maybe uninstall, then re-intall the program?
