Pokerstars Software mistakes!!!

Hi to all
I am really pissed because of Pokerstars
It is a real money Casino and the Software has buggs or mistakes from wrong info`s
to not unlocked items and signs for every player
And the technical support is not capable after many times i wrote to the Livechat to solve this problems and than I also have a unlucky Time what makes me more untrusted in the Software.
The only answer is we say the problem to the technical support!
but this mistakes are now since weeks at my account what makes me loosing to trust in Pokerstars.

And I am not the only one player who has this mistakes in the software

So whats up Pokerstars arent the daily realmoneyplayers worth to solve technical issues of the software or whats up?

I feeling me joked that is not customerfriendly

If you also have some technical issues in your software leave a post it hasnt beeing especialy Pokerstars I am interesting to all experiences you have

for example i have pricespins when i look in my stars there stand 17 and if i klick on it there are 10 i write this to the support and they say yes there is a technical problem but you have 17 spins then i said what and how should i understand that am I hacked and the pricespins i would maybe win something are away and it came no answer of the support only that they give it to the technical support... next there are the numbers of played real money hands asking the live chat how much realmoneyhands are played from me they say over 15000 but not possible to select the 22 or 33 or whatever it gave for 15000 played real money hands and that also since weeks since it gave this realmoneyhandsigns! saying that to support and the is answer: we gave it to technical support and that since weeks what is going on with that technical support are they not capable this problems? if, this software should go off from the market I can also say to some hackers the techncal support of Pokerstars.eu is not capable to repair mistakes in the software much fun to cash them out... not that i am do this but i feel joked and i am pissed

And i am not the only one who has such mistakes and that in a f....ng realmoneycasino so what is going on and who have say something like this if the technical support is realy not capable such things since weeks meanwhile months....

sorry for my slangwords but that destroys my motivation to play at stars

I like stars since years it is still one of the greatest or the greatest pokerroom in the world but please engage new people or change this technical support

i post a picture of one of the mistakes to see that i am not joking look at the time i dont telling a joke to get an extra bonus or something else it is frustrating for me and on top a unlucky streak with a killing river makes it so discusting to me!!!

please Stars change it, soon! That isnt a good thing to hold customers!!!

poker stars customer service/ tech support is really actually non-existent. However, their tournaments are really well organized so I like them nonetheless

I encounter many software problems. Every time I contact them they never really admit it and try to pass the buck.

Hello, the software also has a lot of small bugs. A bigger one happened to me recently, I had signed up for 3 45 Sng's the tables were already running and wanted to play one more time. Registered and suddenly a 6 max Hyper Turbo opens. I excluded these in the filter, so it can't have been a missclick.
The support was then kind enough to forward it to the technical department. But I still don't have an answer from them.
