Partypoker banning tools

I just got an email from partypoker,that they ban a lot of the tools like piosolver and holdem..i was just considering buying a laptop for some software. Do you Guys think that i still should do it? But i play mostly on pokerstars...do you think pokerstars is following soon?

Using Pio and similar software while the poker client is running has been prohibited for quite some time. That doesn't mean that you couldn't use one when you are not playing. Is it good to buy such software? Well, only you can answer that question. How much time and effort you put into studying, and what tools help you to learn is totally up to you.
