Interpreting HUD statistics effectively

Anyone got any insights as to how to use HUD statistics effectively?

basic and most useful to me are:

VPIP / RFI / Agression / Fold23Bet / PF3Bet

I cant follow nor interpret the more complex ones and these have been helpful even when facing opponents that I have relative few hand history.

Depends on which games you play, and how large a sample you have on the opponents. This topic is much to complex to cover in a simple forum post. You can find lots of strategy videos or articles about this on the internet, so try to google and go some of the stuff, that turns up
