Hi, I used to track my results at partypoker with third party software, that was around 3 months ago, and i was using OSX, not using HUD, just track my results.
Right now im at Windows, and i tried to track my result or even store my hands in the computer, but the menu is different than before, i readed the manual of PT4 and Hand2Note, seeing that the menu is diferent than before too.
I already searched a lot and only can download my hand history as a .txt file from the tools offered by PartyPoker, i asked to support too and they said me that i can only use the offered tools and cant save my hand history at my pc to use thidr party tools to track my progress...
Is that true? i really dislike the support of partypoker, they said me that i can only use their tools offered, i wish to have a mac right now to see if my software is still storing the hands but i have only access to windows.
