How does sharkscope get their information?

Last Saturday i registered in a $ 2,2 Bountyhunter on PS.
As i was sitting and waiting for the game to start I visited SharkScobe to check out my latest results.
When i pressed the Find button, I was surprised to see that SharkScobe already had me tagged and that I had registered in the Bountyhunter tournament on PS.
How does thy get the information about my wins and loses?

Sharkscope is discreet about its methods used to collect information, and they have been in the poker market for a long time, maybe not even poker rooms know how, what I know is - a lot of money involved.
