How do you track your winnings/stats?

Hey all. Just wondering if you track your winning or stats and if so, what program do you use. I noticed a poker analytics App but the free version only allows 1 session per month. The full usage is $30 per year (I probably don’t win that much lol).

Just wondering if there any free programs out there specifically for poker.

If you only play tournaments you can use sharkscope. I'm not sure about cash games though.

holdem manager 2 does not apply to such programs?
because he writes down all the statistics of your game of victory and defeat and at the same time you can sort out your mistakes.
or are they talking about other programs?
