Right click drag will move hud elements if I'm not mistaken. It's like that in PT3 and IIRC it is also like that with HEM.

Yes, right click and hold will move them with HEM. You also need to check your HUD options and your table seating options, both on stars and HEM. You can have your stats where the players are if you synchronize this.
