Holdem Manager Needs Updating Before Full Tilt Poker Relaunch

Hi guys and gals
Before full Tilt kicks in again I was wondering if anyone could tell me the best settings for my (hardly used) Holdem Manager (small stakes version)?
Please be aware that I only play small stakes tourneys and am curious to find out if HM will actually improve my game.
