Help with Pokerstars Hand2note

Good afternoon everyone, I installed the hand2note program a long time ago, but some time ago some engine changes took place at pokerstars, and the numbers and information about the players at the table stopped displaying for me, but outside of pokerstars, the information in the database is saved. Back to the pokerstars table, this engine (hand2note) is not connected in any way, tell me, maybe someone has come across this problem too?

I don't use any type of program, so I can't help you friend, but by the way I want to consult you, do you certainly think that using that gives you an advantage over the rest? because sometimes i doubt and i think i should use them.
