It depends whether you play hyper-turbos or a slower format.

It's best to set up different profiles for each position (I believe this option is available).

For instance, for hypers you'd want to know these stats on your opponent

On the button:
1. Limp %.
2. Raise % (good to take notes if raises are polarized or linear).
3. Fold versus 3-bet.
4. C-bet frequencies for raised and limped pots.
5. Fold to flop check-raise.
6. Limp-call, limp-fold and limp-3-bet percentages.

In the BB:
1. Call a raise.
2. 3-bet (try to notice whether the villain 3-bets non-allin, and which hands he uses for it).
3. Raise versus limp (again, try taking a note whether it's polarized or linear).
4. Folds to cbets.
5. Check-raise flop (usually you don't get much further).

Also it's good to setup your hud to show the data according to your stack depth (crucial in hypers, important in slower forms).

With slower formats the game tree is quite a bit deeper, so it'll require more info (cbet frequencies and folds in single-raised and 3-bet pots, 4-bet frequencies, floats etc).

Hope it helped a little.
