Poker Tracker 4 & Holdem Manager 2 have lifetime license for sure.(also have small stakes editions around ~$60 for NLHE only).I am a PT4 user ,the tracker is super convenient , in the beginning you may find it chaotic but after a while is super easy to use it and set it up.Plus I think is lighter for a PC's resources. On the other hand HM2 feels more professional but I am OK with my PT4.(I have it 3+years and I haven't used all the functionalities).
Jivaro and Hand to Note have a monthly subscription but Jivaro doesn't have a replayer which is the main functionality for a HUD,for me.
I think all of them have trial periods for a month. There must be some other HUDs out there but I am not aware of.
ps.Also check out the beta for Holdem Manager 3 , make a good research before any purchase and find what fits you better.
