Hands2Note (free) Pokerstars HUD not updating

Hi Cardschat members,

does anyone use this software besides me? For one or two weeks, the HUD in PS (Mtts) doesn´t update with new statistics when playing,
so the old figures keep / stand.

Anyone else knows this problem?

I use H2N and haven't had this problem yet.

However, it must be something like not reading the new records or not saving them (or in the wrong location), that is, check that in PS, your hand history is destined in the same folder where H2N 'collects the information '. Make sure the language being saved in the folder is English.

Anything, change the hand history folder, play a game and check the created folder if it is being saved in matches.

yes, I didn`t change the folder it is still the hand history and tournament folder, when I clear the stats and rebuild them the old hands are still here,
I didn`t change the setup, hmm, perhaps I try a reinstall

I have had this problem before, drop the support a mail and they will tell you which files you need to delete etc
