hand tracking programs

I have seen photos of players TRACKING how many hands they have to see their game as they have been playing, they could recommend programs or which ones are used. I still have no idea how to do it. Thank you:icon_sant

I use holdem manager 3 and have used Hand2note. This last one is free. I indicate both, as they are excellent.
