A question for CoffeeHUD/PokerTracker users

I've been watching some Twitch lately and saw a person who was really crushing 10 dollar Spins. He was using CoffeeHUD.

I know that CoffeeHUD is mainly marketed as a heads up HUD, and since I'm still a noob as a PT user, my question is:

Does CoffeeHUD actually add any real value or can same (or close to same) information value be gained simply by tweaking PokerTracker?

The fact is that Hud gather info about your openent,is up to you to make a good use off it, i dont think there is to much diferense bettwing HUDs.
