Is there any 888 Poker representative in here who can help me? I made a joke on a game show on 888 casino and my account got temporarily disabled because apparently they thought I have a gambling and financial problem. This is ridiculous. They have done more harm then good by disabling my account. I have $65 withrawal in process and I also placed a correct bet with my $2sports freebet with a return of $60 on a rugby league match which I don't think I'll get that money now. I also have a $20 000 miraculous mystery bounty freeroll ticket in my account and about $10 in my account. I feel so frustrated right now. If I don't get the $60 from my sports bet or use my $20 000 miraculous mystery bounty freeroll ticket then I got robbled by the 888 Responsible Gambling Team.

If you said anything that led to the team to think you have a gambling problem then they are duty bound to take action and that is a government directive otherwise we will get into trouble as a gambling site.
However if you give me your poker user name I will send your issue over for a review for you.

Thank you. My 888 poker username is Jericho1991. I think I should also be taking the blame here. The joke I made was towards a gameshow host on 888Casino. I made a joke about losing money the last time he hosted and so I got disconnected. I'm never gonna chat with people again on live casinos or even on poker tables.

So this morning when I tried to log in I got the message there was a new update. I did the new update and after it was complete and I tried to launch 888 I get an error message.
After this I did the usual, cleared cache and cookies, restarted my computer, deleted and re-installed 888 and still get the same error message.
This seems to happen after nearly every update and a few days later there will be another update that fixes it. Very frustrating.

Why do sone people get the spin more often than others? Please explain this in detail.

The problem is that I sent the double-sided identity card and my account statement 2 weeks ago and my request has not yet been processed.

I think it depends on which country you are located in. I used the MuchBetter wallet there, but they are now gone so I have to switch to another solution.

I talked to customer support live and they seem to accept visa cards from Revolut so I will try that.

I made a deposit using a friend's credit card a few days ago, and my account was restricted and I received an email asking for a picture of the credit card used and my friends ID. I've sent the required documents and received an email from the operations team confirming the receipt and processing of my documents, but my account is still restricted. What was the point of sending all of those documents then?
I'd appreciate any advice on this matter.
