Yes definitely, I play 25k buy-ins all the time
Yes, play money is so much fun. 🤣

There was just a thread mentioning a $1m buy-in:

Haven't seen anything higher as that until now.

I took part in a $109 buy-in tournament. It was my most expensive tournament and it was on pokerstars, I think it was some kind of anniversary, celebratory tournament. But unfortunately, I didn't manage to win anything.

That is a cash game though, so not quite the same :)
That's what happens when you only read the titles. 🤣

But there was a $1m buy-in tournament at the WSOP in 2014, If I Recall correctly. At least I take it from this bad beat video:

For me, it's only through satellites... I only play on the factory floor...

My biggest buy-in so far was $120. But I didn't spend my own money from the account, I just won this ticket on the satellite. My average buy-in is 2-3 dollars.

My biggest online MTT was two times 109$, and once I won 120$) I lost with AK vs AJ the opponent hit a J on the flop.

the biggest tournaments probably amount to $25,000, I didn't see more than the amount I didn't see to log in myself, but I didn't play 109 tournaments above, I didn't play for my own money, or I hope someday I'll be able to play such expensive tournaments as $25,000 and if possible it will be a lot of fun:)

My biggest tournament entries were all won online through satellites or freerolls, two x $250 and one $215. Sadly I failed to cash in any of them.

Oh, and I forgot to mention the $888 seat I won yesterday, but I don't play it until Sunday.

Search for Triton, last year there was a Triton M.E of $1.05 Million buy-in. Where $50k of each one was donated to charity. Imagine giving a $1.05m buy-in shot. hahahahah

In the satellites, I won various tickets, and it seems my most expensive ticket was for $250. But from my own money, that is, from my bankroll, I never spent more than $11 :)

This pass was successful and won + 675$. There were also tickets for $250 and $109 without results.

The Triton Million is the most expensive tournament in poker history. The starting tournament is a £25,000 6-max turbo, with no lower buy-ins available at this stage. The focus will be on the Millionaire, as well as two main events with £100,000 buy-ins.The tournament took place in London.

€55 buy in with my own money. Things could get very expensive if you keep entering at high levels. I did re enter for $11 last week in a PLO tourney and managed to take it down for first place and $390 win!

I've played a number of $1000 and $1500 buy-ins at WSOP over the past few years. One of them was last year's $1,000 seniors where I finished 59th of 8190. In for a grand, out for $13.6k.
