Had the same problem. Lost connection a few times. The lobby was down from the start.
Not great after they sent me the above email, saying it was all good.
I had the same issue. I wonder if they see the irony in having so many problems with a freeroll that they offer to their customers for having so many problems previously.
I guess we'll just have to wait for the next freeroll that they'll offer us for messing up this freeroll?
