I read a lot of articles/advice about tipping the dealers - how some players do it more consistently with smaller amounts whereas others tip big when they win big. However, as I'm sure many people are aware, tipping culture in the UK is much smaller (I would argue for the better).
So, UK players, do you/how much do you tip your live dealers - and when? Do you think you tip as much as US players, or less but as much as most UK players do? I'm also very interested in what other countries do regarding tips.
