Just wondering if anyone feels the same way I do. Even after and when casinos again allow poker rooms to start play again, how safe do you think it will actually be? I'm not a hypochondriac or anything but I am nervous to play live again in casinos. Is it just me or does anyone else feel like the live games in casinos are done? To me, I would rather trust my mobile phone and or tablet to play online rather than sharing the same deck with a full table of players. I'm not saying that my phone is bacteria free lol or anything but I feel it is safer than playing with a deck and sharing that deck with a full table. How are the casinos going to ensure the card players that the table is safe? I don't think the casinos can. I mean how much of a hassle will it become to change decks after every hand and or have hand sanitizer at every table. I am thinking that live poker games are going to be gone for a good while if not forever. Is there any other players out there that think online poker is going to be the only way to play poker safe? It's really sad and heartbreaking because I really enjoyed going to the nightly NL hold'em tourneys at the local casino. What are some suggestions you have to ensure safe, quality live tourneys??? Just something I've been thinking about lately..

Many will feel exactly like you - so it will probably be pretty safe. It seems to be becoming more like a flu. And retaurants with indoor service are never crowded anymore, so nor will casinos be.

I have to agree with you somewhere, the fact is that, in fact, many have already become accustomed to playing online poker ... but the fact is that nothing can replace live communication with people .. yes vi in online poker ... ..the casino plays by its own rules, you don't know which cards will fall out ... in real life, it seems to me the game is more honest and rich ... and among the players you can make friends when you play live ... I will add people from myself they are always juicy ... so you can't be afraid of everything either ... a person is a social person .. but should not be limited only to himself

live game format will not disappear
various pandemics have always been
rather, these are just bad circumstances in this case, but still casinos and other establishments took measures to contain the threat of their customers
live play will not replace online

Live poker is greatly missed...but i do agree that things are moving and in the right direction. Casinos are finding new ways of reopening as we wait for the permanent solution aka the vaccine. Im personally looking forward to my local casino hosting a wpt event by the end of this year!

Hello. It's a new way. It should be healthier. Before the precautions, a player was susceptible to almost anything.
