Probably would violate something. Some casinos are opening up early with glass between players and additional space but these are not 9 player games I'm aware of (maybe 6-max at a 9 player table).
For me, I stay home almost all the time: Poker plans can wait until this pandemic subsides.
Besides, I still play live homegames with family

It is already September and the second wave is here, but the poker rooms here in Hungary will not be closed. If somewhere in the poker room, there is a good enough chance that people will pass the virus to each other. Sit there for 5-6 hours with an infected next to it almost for sure. That you will get from it if you have a mask or if you do not. The chip is also grabbed by the man and then he reaches for his eyes then he can get it again. No one should tell me that he sits at a table for 5-6 hours and does not touch his face.

Live poker has been excellent for me this year! I have played much more than I ever have in the past!
I have traveled to different parts of FL, and have done very well in those places!��
I have also played a lot in NC.
I have not contracted Covid 19. Every room requires a mask.
Tables in NC are 5 handed, which is not my favorite, but still fun!
FL rooms have been 7 handed and lucrative!

To be honest when I touch a live table again I will completely stop thinking about this damn virus and its derivatives, such as social distancing. I can't imagine playing with a chinstrap in the future .

seems like there's at least one casino near everybody that's open, but i keep thinking that probably the people that are playing poker right now, are the people that want to play.. not tourist or recreational players.

Poker tournaments used to be held 20 kilometers away from me. But now I don't know if the poker club is open or not. I haven't been interested in it for a long time. I've never played there myself.
