Why only Hold'em and Omaha.

When I first started playing, many poker rooms offered a great range of games. Maybe they just attracted new customers.

You, at least if you are a player based in the U.S. can waste a lot of time waiting for a single table Holdem game to fill up. PLO & others even less popular for get about it. Just the way it is. May not be as bad for those of you who still have access to poker stars. Good luck.

I played no less than 10 kinds of poker. it was an interesting experience, but without enough experience I can not play these games even at medium limits.

I love Omaha hi/lo the most. Several of my poker sites, it ain't gonna happen because there is no interest to even open a table. I cant imagine Badugi, Razz , and several others having 2 or 3 players. Used to be back in the day that there were plenty of people up for any style of poker. Black Friday brought that to an end.

Pokerstars is the only site that has a wide variety of non holdem games available around the clock and at micro stakes.

The other sites the non holdem games are very few and most times the buy ins are large and very few players.

Pokerstars has play money games as well as you can setup homegames with a wide variety of games. These are great for when learning a new game as you can play without having to risk $$$.

Even at the minimum limits of 3.30, learning to play is relatively expensive. But for any training you must pay.

Good luck with this. A several years ago there were a lot of freeroll on pokerstars which u could play at many types of game like Omaha, Stud, Razz etc. Heh It was a good time to spent.

I think most people like Holdem and PLO better than the limit games. They also tend to get more hands per hr which the casino/site likes.

thing is imo its more profitable to be an expert at one thing then a jack of all trades...

I agree would love some lowball games, like razz or 2-7 draw or maybe horse or 8game. almost impossible for u.s players to find these
