Hello, I've been playing poker for 3 or 4 years. But I could not develop my game. I spent a lot of money and time. Some advice?

FerC182, I've been playing a lot on PS. When I first deposit, I started in $1 cash games, because I dont like tourns. I thoght the same as you: "omg, I cant rise my bankroll, its stucked, losing time.". So I decided to study a lil bit more. And Join to S10 cash tables. The gameplay is different, better, And I got succes too. Then I decided to move to 50$, and that was a mistake. So you have to find your style.

In the same vein, varying his game is a capital board. If you always play your strong hands and your weak hands in the same way, you will be too predictable, and your opponents will read in you like an open book! So start raising with medium to high hands when opportunities arise. Also vary the amount of your openings and your bets, scramble the tracks, and never let your opponents have a clear idea of what you have in your hands!

Play tightly and aggressively The biggest poker champion plays this way. By selecting your starting hands and playing them aggressively. Feel free to raise and re-raise your good hands especially at the end of the position. Observe your opponents is a crucial point. Observation allows you to find one or more flaws in the way your opponent plays.

Too wide, too tight, not aggressive enough, bad or inefficient wagering sizes .The list of mistakes made by most players. if you avoid them, your results in poker tournaments will improve immediately!

- Study bankroll management. If you start losing money, don't keep playing at the same buy-in level, go down a step. This will protect you from losing too much, and will allow you to practice against easier players while you're refining your game.

- Don't waste your time brooding on bad luck, instead focus on identifying your bad plays.

- Measure the worth of a decision by the information you had when you made it, not by the result. A lot of people will fold a trash hand and then be salty when it hits a boat on the flop; it doesn't matter, because in the long run it was still the correct decision.

If I lost at the dollar table, I would not have moved up to tem dollar table.

That said, it is nice you found yourself winning at the 10 dollar table. If I found myself winning at the 10 dollar table, I would not move up.
