Let's discuss the nature of fear and its impact on the game. The essence of fear.
Typically, tilt is defined as "anything that prevents you from showing your best poker." If we admit that this definition is true, then it turns out that such things as fear and anxiety, simply does not exist in nature. However, I prefer specifics, so I propose to define tilt as "anger". In this form, the concepts of "fear" and "anxiety" acquire independent significance. Moreover, they play an important role when you have problems at the poker table. To combat these enemies, a completely different approach is needed.

:confused::rolleyes::rolleyes::D:D

But perhaps "fear" and "anxiety" can, themselves, be defined as an insufficient level of anger. Perhaps a certain level of anger is necessary to compete not only at poker, but at any competition. And to be devoid of anger means you are devoid of competitiveness and thereby allowing fear and anxiety to exist artificially at an existential level.

Or perhaps . . .

Anxiety and fear is your main competitor. Set them aside and get your correct actions in the game.
