So today, and I played the tournament today, and sometimes by a river I lost all the opponent sometimes by a lost river that made everyone the opponent, once by a flop on the turn another to all the opponent, once on the flop on the turn another on the river another to all the remote control. In the other two I lost with 2 pairs. I lost one with a top pair.
how to deal with this tilt?

I just look forward to the next tournament and try to brush it off. It does no good to spend no more than 2 or 3 minutes sulking over nothing. Just move on.

there are a lot of players fishing for a river card, bet heavy and make them pay a hefty price to stay in.

I think when we have a bad day, it's a good thing to look to your hand history and if you think you made the right play and still lost than you done everything you could do and move on to the next table.

forget and play on, the main thing is to make the right decisions and then everything will be fine at a distance, and there is an element of luck in poker and you can’t get away from it
