Start with learning some basic concepts about all aspects of the game (not at once) and practice them in
freerolls, for example. If you're more inclined to playing cash games, you gotta start with a small
bankroll that's not going to earn you money, but that's going to be a tool for learning how to play on micro stakes. Alternatively, you can earn this starting BR in freerolls, while practicing learnt concepts and winning game strategy at least at basic level, and then move to micro cash with the bankroll you was able to win in freerolls.
Anyways, you won't start to win money consistently right from the start, first you have to learn how to play and what winning game is.
