Start with learning some basic concepts about all aspects of the game (not at once) and practice them in freerolls, for example. If you're more inclined to playing cash games, you gotta start with a small bankroll that's not going to earn you money, but that's going to be a tool for learning how to play on micro stakes. Alternatively, you can earn this starting BR in freerolls, while practicing learnt concepts and winning game strategy at least at basic level, and then move to micro cash with the bankroll you was able to win in freerolls.

Anyways, you won't start to win money consistently right from the start, first you have to learn how to play and what winning game is.

The problem is poker is not a game that you can easily just win money. When you should start is up to you but the best answer to when you should start and best way to not lose money is to really study the game of poker. One top profesional did not lose any money in poker for 6 month when hea was learning the game. Why? He did not play any poker. He study the game reading books and wathing videos and just wathching the game so once he felt he was ready he would have the best chance to be a winner. He has won 2 WPT titles in his career.

When you've built your entire preflop range of open raise, cold call, 3bet, 4bet.

I think you should play for one year without money further if you are doing well then play with the money that you have already won and you do not need to invest in poker

I would say, just try. Start with the smallest stakes available, set yourself a limit and play. You won't really learn with freerolls or playmoney games. People act totally different in those.

I believe that the best thing is to start only with frerolls, because you acquire experience and as a bonus you make a value to start in paid tournaments without spending money

This question when you should start playing for money can't tell you. That's something you have to decide for yourself. Personally, I only played Playmoney on a site where you could only play with Playmoney there was a few years ago. Then I went to pokerstars and then only played Playmoney and Feerols there for a few years. But everyone is different and everyone must know for themselves what they are doing. Of course, it's best to read about poker first and learn the best way to proceed. But in the end, it is you who should decide whether you are ready or not
