My biggest leak is my pessimism and anxiety

Sometimes I play after a hard day's work, I play when I'm tired and therefore I lack patience and as a result I often make mistakes. I understand that it makes no sense to play when tired, but I start the game anyway. It's high time I stopped doing that.
