Hm,maybe what most distracts me is hunger.It is very hard to keep concentration on high when you're hungry.

Dogs always wanted go in and out when I finally sit down to play.

I would say if I'm stressed about something, or if I have things I needed to get done before I sat down to play and did not get them finished, but other than that not much.

Unfortunately, the most distracting thing is talking to people and when they talk to me, it starts to annoy me and I can make a mistake. We need to deal with this somehow.

My dog likes to start barking whenever I sit too long - that doesn't help the concentration, but he keeps me active!

Phone calls from relatives or people coming to the door are nearly guaranteed anytime I make a deep run in a tournament.

At least I'm used to playing several tables at a time so I can add one more thing and not get too far off my game (well sometimes).

When I'm playing poker on my mobile App, the worse thing that distracts me is getting constant messages on whatsapp and then sometimes when I get whatsapp calls, I find I have to re-log into poker again.

The best distraction for me is poker. By playing 4 tables, I find I am able to focus purely on playing and everything else can be ignored. However, once I bust out of a couple of tournaments, it's quite easy for me to start looking at my phone, scrolling through Facebook or Twitter, or start watching TV.

Too many tables can be distracting, to few as well. When I have to few tables, I start reading/watching something in the internet, which is not so good for my concentration.
But the worst are phone calls or talkings from family members. This brings me completely out of the flow during the games.
