I looking to gain more knowledge and wanted to feed off what others have looked into and know how it improved their game.

I started reading the book 'The Poker Mental of the game'
But I can not yet say about the fact that she helped me or not.
But I read good reviews about this book

The grinders manual gave me a solid starting point for strategy, and the mental game of poker helped me manage tilt problems

I've never read a book, never watched videos, I'm just a simple hunter

First of all I suggest you thinking about what kind of poker do you want to improve .
Secondly, If you have decided for Texas Hold'em you have to choose between cash games or tournaments.
Finally, you have to find some material to begin since the most fundamental things in Poker such as: Outs , Odds , pot odds , reading your opponents, Psicology and others topics which you must to learn.
After 8 years playing for fun I have decided to dedicate valuable time only for tournaments my objective is becoming in a excellent poker player my goal win some live tournaments in Australia and my Dream is playing the WSOP .
I wish the best my friend don't give up and sturdy hard!

Actually, I have got some poker books in the internet about tournaments.
I have Harrington on Hold'em, Kill Phil , Ace on the river and some PDFs.
