Poker on GG seems backwards. Players with the highest tournament winnings have a 0% 3bet rate.
Rake plus one bad beat (which happens every hour) and online poker can't be beaten.

Play solid ABC poker, play your good hands aggressively, bluff small in position when checked to against weak passive players. Deception is less important, focus on learning more than winning.
