A very popular topic at poker tables, is how to avoid bad beats? how to avoid falling into these hands, through strategy? or with analysis of rivals? mathematics?

Well, start by folding the stuff that leads to it, like K2s Preflop.

Pay attention to the play of your opponents, focus on how you are playing rather thbedan on the results of your play. A bad beat can be absorbed, poor play will take your chips.

When you take a bad bet, take a breath and say this is poker. Because they just happen

Bad beats can not be avoided, so the solution is to make peace with them and not take it personal. Before starting a session say to yourself "in this session I am going to experience 10 bad beats, and thats ok".

Agreed. Cannot be avoided but they can be minimized. Avoid slow playing, any hand you decide to play it raise instead of call. Tight aggressive. This wont stop all bad beats, ultimately nothing can, however, it will make the donkeys pay for chasing you and if you are playing smart or at least premium hands uou will win way more than you lose. More importantly the donks will lose way more than they win. Could actually help them play better which of course helps all of us.

well. If you get a bad beat that means you were better vs your opponent hand. It means that even if you played your hand overally bad, it was +ev for you in that moment, because in long run you would make money in that particular spot. Generally speaking trying to avoid some spots could make you less money than when you get sometimes a bad beat and lose. Just be happy with your decisions because poker is a game of long run, not the single hands.
