Tilt will never be something you can just forget about or never experience, no matter how hard you try. The key is to reduce it as much as possible. Find the areas that bother you the most and learn to deal with it. Whenever I notice myself getting frustrated (2 outers are my biggest "tilter") I tall myself down. Tell myself I either played the hand correctly or try to learn from my mistake. It's easier said than done, but ultimately you have to realize there is nothing you can do about it anymore. The hand is over, move on and play your game, or you will lose more.
