I'm a practically losing player and I can't get out of that tune, at tables with friends I'm doing very well, but online isn't going very bad. Ten dollars doesn't last me anything.

Play with friends and use their misfortune as a bankroll. Put the work in away from the table to get better.

the best advice is to study hard and then practice with money you can afford to lose, invest more time in studying poker either cash or mtt and then you can invest more time in the game.
