I hate a bad beat but more than that I hate the unwanted emotions that sometimes follow.. In my case it's usually going exclusively at the player I lost to at any cost instead of focusing on getting my chips back from everyone over time..

If you really feel bad after losing a big hand you should take a short break and try to clear your head. Its no good if youre playing when being influenced by previous hands.
