what will you do if you have an under full house?

it is a very difficult situation sometimes you have a full house against over full house, and your opponent pushes you to go all in what do you do?
it is really hard to fold such a big hand, will you pay off with this hand

I think that only a really strong poker player can throw out a fullhouse. it's very difficult to make this decision, and I personally can't throw it out, because if I throw it out, I will then worry that the person didn't have a fullhouse and I gave them my chips.
