Recently tightened up my play a lot. I’m trying to play only premium hands.
So, I was NL 2, bought in .80c (i’m scared of going broke again) I’m super broke in real life. Learning is my real payoff at the moment. I have maybe $5 to put into poker monthly, so I really want to just roll off of winnings and grind my way up the stakes.

SO, a hand I was playing:

Playing 6 max. I think the players are a bit too tight
I raise pre flop in UTG+1, mid position with AJ off, nit calls on the button, small blind calls, big blind folds. flop comes 10,5,2 off, i bet out, get called by the button. SB folds,
ace comes, I check, they check. rag comes, I check, show down for the win. He mucked
What was I called with? the button seemed like a good player

On further play, they seem way too tight. Lots of folds to my 2.5BB raises. I steal the blinds all the time. My blind gets folded to me all the time, and I’m able to steal the blinds about 2 times a round.

The button possibly called you with some A10, K10, Q10, J10, 10 9, either suited or off suit, and called you on the flop. Seems reasonable for him to call you on the flop with top pair,
