I’m looking for software/Apps recommendations to learn/improve my poker. Ideally something like the equivalent softwares in Chess, were you play (against a computer), and then the computer tells you if you played poorly or not (i.e. you played against your odds, you poorly sized your bets, etc.)

I don't know any tool like something you described but you can use PokerStategy Equilab for counting hands and ranges equity that may help so much for understanding how good is your hand against other people ranges
