Granted, you're the big stack but K, 10 is not a great hand to call a raise preflop. I also don't understand why you called the bet after the flop when you have only middle pair and no real draws.

Unless you had a good read on this player, I would have folded preflop or the very least folded after the flop.

I think with all of the possible combinations of hands in your opponents range that could have hit the flop and almost definitely the turn, this should have been an easy fold.
Raising UTG, their range is strong. AA-77, AK-AJ, KQs.
Maybe a stronger line would have been to raise the flop, showing a strong draw/already made hand betting for value (and thus protection), i.e. two pair or a set, TTT/777. You may have got a check from your opponent on the turn, especially once the other diamond hits the board. At this point a check back would be suitable if you're able to give up the hand, if not, fire another barrel. Two pair on a flush/straight looking board doesn't look as strong for your opponent and maybe they give up on their hand.

By taking the initiative, you force your opponent to think his hand might be no good. If villain calls the turn, he's definitely betting for value on the river once that Q hits. Very easy fold.

Remember, don't over value your hand, read the board texture, figure out your opponents calling/betting range and go from there.

This is just my two pence, I'm sure other people will disagree with me and tell you something different. That's fine, take all the advice you can get and absorb what seems good to you.

GL at the tables.

Preflop call is dicey without knowing villains tendencies. Raising either the flop or turn would be helpful. If villain still holds on you know your hand is no good.
