Did I always say it's bad luck or is it variance? , is one of the questions that every poker player asks himself. It is very true that players always lose just because they are not prepared, but you still have to expect very advanced strategies to exploit valuable games in every play, but still there is never a lack of a player who beats you with junk cards, how to avoid it?

You can't avoid it, it is part of the game. What you can avoid is stacking off the rest of you chips in frustration. If you start a tournament with 150BBs and you lose 120bb in a bad suck out that leaves you with 30 bb, you will be disappointed at a minimum and PO'd probably. Just take a deep breath and realize you still have 30 bbs and adjust your game to a strategy for that amount.
