Has anyone completely eliminated tilt from their game?

I can practice for 5-10 minutes per hour, but it seems impossible to build consistently over time

I think that is impossible elimanate tilt, I think thats possible you what you minimize the effect and move on. Try understand that happens against every player. Sometimes you lose and sometimes you win that way.

Actually, I'm suffering from trying to completely eliminate tilt. I figured the best way to eliminate tilt is to not care about the outcome of a specific hand. But I am now finding myself not caring about the outcome BEFORE the hand is finished. A sort of apathy is setting in that I need to learn to combat. But yeah, my emotional tilting is next to nil.

I definitely improved a lot my non-tilt capacity. But eliminate it, no :(

I can go away from my keyboard way more easily. 30 minutes later, all seems to be lighter in my head.

I guess i still tilt some times... If a bb 3 bets my button raise 4 times in a row i might punt it off with J9 os into QQ . I take it personal instead of just folding. And thats when i lose! I think everyone can tilt a bit or get upset at a result.

Only time I find myself tilting is during those rivered 1-2 outters, never not hurts lets put it that way lol. I find myself taking the badbeats a lot better more recently though compared to when I first started playing. Not sure if it's possible to completely eliminate tilt but being able to minimize and manage it is certainly obtainable.

I find myself tilting less and less the more I play.. IF I play the way I'm supposed to and get a 'bad beat' I think about the times I've been on the other side of it. To be honest I've won some hands that I was actually embarrassed to win with what I had and how I played them.

That doesn't mean I don't tilt at all.. I just try to keep it in perspective. It happens to all of us.. it happens both ways.

Big key is to get over the 'tilt' as quickly as possible and get back to work..

i think i go on tilt easily and need work on my mental strength.
what should i do?
