Hey Guys,

I've play online poker for about a Year now, had some good runs and really good wins,
as you can see in my Graph.

I alway cashed out a small amount of money after winning. now my Balance is lost...
But cashing in again Feels wrong for me.
What would you Guys recomend me?
Anybody ever felt the same?

Greetings from germany

Cashing out took you out of commission from playing. I understand why you wouldn't want to repeat the same cycle of playing a bit and withdrawing. In your position, I'd recommend freerolls so you don't have to deposit again.

Maybe take a break and reflect on what caused you to bust out. Was it bad playing? Variance?

Wait a few days/weeks/months until things right and then dip a toe back in. No need to force yourself to play if you don't think you'll enjoy it.

You are not the only one going through this phase! Most have done the same. All you have to do is analyze your actions, see how you managed to win and how you lost, and do not make the same mistakes in the future.

You should learn more about bankroll management.
Dont want to deposit? Start from freerolls.
