What kind of starting hands do you go to see a cheap flop?

Ax suited, Kx suited, Suited connectors?

Also what kind of hands do you generally raise or call 3BB with (not a cheap flop)?

Suited connectors are most cheap to see the flop in late position or in the banks, which included many players (at least 4) in the hope of collecting a strong combination (set, straight)

I am going for the cheap flops with not so good cards Q2,K4,something like this ..
For hands like A10,AK ,or pair i am going with 3BB , but this depends on you , not everybody is playing the same , you should make your own strategy .

if odds enough anything.

if gives me 1: 3 odds like I am at SB, BB never raise, I call ATC preflop.
