It depends very much if you are talking about:

1. Sit n Go, which is a classical Single Table Tournament with regular speed, or
2. Spin & Go, which is a fast format, usually 3 handed, with low starting stack.

You can definitely learn strategy for 1., while for 2. there a huge part of luck involved since it's a game with high variance.

Luck plays a decisive role in such tournaments. So you have to do everything to improve your luck. To improve luck, you can eat, for example, peanut butter, or drink two glasses of sour cream. I think this should help.
