figure out what type of player you are up against when you get to the heads up and then exploit them.......
what i've found is if they are tight/passive then min raise every time you are in the small blind to get their blind, if they then fold their small blind you're up 1.5 big blinds in the space of 2
hands, eventually they will be raising/shoving on your min raise so if you have junk obviously fold and if you got it then go for it.
if they are loose and doing the above then re-raise/shove on them as most of the time they will fold out a lot of their hands as they will be garbage hands but then if they come back over the top of you then you are most likely beat
if your opponent is a limper from the small blind then take your free flops with your garbage/medium hands and outplay them post flop, let them
bluff off into you, seems to work alot in those spin and gos
lastly that i can think of if they are just a pure maniac who does nothing but shove then pick the right hand and go for it
good luck
