It was a split pot - the person with the TT must have had the most chips when the hand started.

Yes. On all in situation he had the more chips than others, and he got back. AK is best with high straight.

I'm not a noob in poker...
Player with AK win nothing...?
Bellow cards on board said that tens are bast hand...
Software dont realise that is the straight on board. Dont realise straight at all. For software set of tens are best hand, and player with AK goes out with best hand? WTF?
And player with KJ win nothing, he have more chips then AK player... On the top of that, chips are not splited betwin other players in pot.

Maybe it is 6+ holdem? In most short deck variations a set beats a straight.

TT wins the main pot with a set using TJQ to make a 5 card hand the 8 and 9 isnt in play so im assuming it's a different variant of holdem with different hand rankings ?.

This is "Short Deck" or "6+". In this game, in most variants, Set > Straight.

Taken from Pokerstars page:

The Rules of 6+ Hold’em

...
....
But don’t forget: contrary to regular Texas Hold'em games, in 6+ Hold’em a flush beats a full-house. A five-card hand consisting of Ace, 6, 7, 8, 9 (any suit) is also deemed a straight. All other hand rankings remain the same.

Every involved player share the pot because there is a straight on the community cards that works for all players. So the best hand to the player with set of tens is a straight, like all other players.
