Please advise me on a software allowed at the poker rooms that helps to make a decision in the game (i.e. what to do in a specific situation on the table: fold, call or raise).

To my knowledge, there is nothing of the sort that is legal to use on any half-reputable site.

Question: Why on earth would you want that anyways???
