Um, there are filters in the lobbies of most sites I've played. :hmmmm: You have to join sngos before they start so there are no stats to look for like cash games...unless you mean something that sorts by entrants ROI, which I'm pretty sure isn't allowed.

Along with what D'Wilius said, SnG's fill up fairly quick so it's going to be hard to jump in once you find a table filled with bad players. Most of the micro's should have plenty of fish by default.
Unless you're playing mid-high stakes I don't think this would be necessary, but I don't really play mid-high stake SnG's so I'm not completely sure those players would use table selecting software either.
