Great Article!
A few of these i already knew, but of some i never had a clue.
Like the one where the entire body is moving to watch at someone and the one where you get irritated fast. Very helpful to know. Thanks a bunch

This article was well written and to the point.

People seem to ignore fatigue and even dehydration for some reason.

And of course, Ashley is exactly correct about fatigue.

Great article! I find it's always best to be well rested and know when to call it a day.

The signs come when I want to sleep, then it's useless to play, my head doesn't work and you will definitely make the wrong decision.

Good article. Now I know a few more things to be on the lookout for; at least this confirms I'm not tired. I'm ready to go :)

Good list and you might as well burn the money for heat when you’re super tired too ,better spent ...a little ok it’s doable but when it’s hard to keep them opened you should be out ..or in the bathroom doing a face splash and moving yourself around or going outside for some fresh air .

Being properly rested is a smart thing to do. When I play live in Vegas or any other casino tournament, I usually wont play online for several days before I travel. I want to sleep and be well rested. When I last flew to the wsop in 2019 I did this. The day I arrived I had a nice dinner with the team cardschat and was in my room and in bed by 8:30 that night. I know a waste of precious Vegas time. Next day I got up had some food and went to play poker starting at 10AM. By the time I baged my chips and got back to my Casino room is was 2:40 the next day. If I had been tired freebee starting I may not have cashed or been so exhausted to not enjoy the rush of the WSOP. Next morning on short sleep I went back and played another 7 hours but was no tired and exhausted since I was well rested prior to going.
