If you have 10-15BB, then definitely yes. Otherwise, depends on your opponents stats, how often do they shove.

If you have less then 15 BB then obviously yes, but in all other situations it depends on the opponents and table situation. If 2 of your opponents shoving,then you need to fold ,because one of them will lose and inrease yours prize

If I am shortest on stack then definitely yes. In other cases it depends.
If you are on a Button and only one person went in then it is also good idea in my opinion to risk all.

Need a lot more information to answer. If I am short stacked, most likely yes. If I have a huge stack and just the short stack to push on, yes. Otherwise I am playing this out.
