What's the best way for you to prepare for a grinder?
I know that every person can have a way but we will share ... maybe some help can help someone.

I play a cheap tournament (0.02, 0.10 or 0.25) for remember myself that I need a lot of lucky for win a good tournament. Pokerstars have a lot of "fish" players... I can't understand it. LOL

The best way is to remove all unnecessary thoughts from your head.

Sleeping well and eating healthy also helps, especially when you reach several hours of playing. If you start playing tired, it will only get worse and you might make mistakes that you wouldn't normally make.

You are spot on there great advice but the grind so darn addictive though
